IBPA presents easy access to what publishers and writers need to know about copyright law from The Copyright Alliance.
In December 2021, the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA)—the largest publishers associatoin in the U.S. with over 4,100 members—joined the Copyright Alliance in an active move to support policies that promote and preserve the value of copyright and protect the rights of creators.
As part of this alliance, IBPA is pleased to promote the Copyright Alliance's Copyright Law for Writers webpage. The page provides detailed information
about copyright law as it applies to poets, novelists, short story writers, journalists, bloggers, and other creators of written works. It is a valuable resource for publishers working with content creators, in addition to the content creators themselves.
