(Manhattan Beach, CA - April 13, 2020) -- Today, the Independent Book Publishers Assocation (IBPA) officially announced it will host a virtual Annual Meeting of Members on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 from 10AM to 12PM Pacific in response to restrictions on travel and gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meeting Called to Order. Board Secretary confirms quorum has been achieved. At that point, the meeting is called to order by the Board Chair.

Those interested should submit their intention to speak here prior to April 21st so room can be made for them on the agenda. Each person will have three minutes to speak. If they are in the middle of a sentence when time is called, they may finish their thought before stopping. The time guidelines ensure that others will have an opportunity to speak. Speakers may not allot their time to someone else.
