This production expansion strategy pivoted the organization to work with outside talent, increasing access to markets and growing product offerings by 442%. Finally, Green led digital initiatives including implementing Boys Town Press’ new website and expanding audio book and eBook offerings to improve access and sales.
"It’s an honor to be awarded this opportunity," said Green. "I'm confident that I will learn a tremendous amount from this experience and be able to apply it to help our publishing house continue to thrive and evolve.
