About the Program

What are the steps to publishing a book? Your project goal is to develop, control and move books from concept to publication. And solid project management principals will get you there – on time and on budget!

Using the principles of project management, you will learn:

  • The difference between projects and ongoing work,
  • Three factors of project success,
  • How to create a realist project plan,
  • How to shorten the length of a project,
  • What makes a good project management tool.

This webinar is right for you whether you are developing your plans for the first time or have a process in place and are looking for ways to improve.
