About the Program:

Let’s face it: the publishing to-do list is very, very long. You shouldn’t do it alone. This 60-minute online webinar is designed to demystify how to easily set-up a cost-effective internship program quickly and easily to get you the regular help you need. In this fun and informative session, involving Cynthea’s intern themselves, you will learn how to accomplish the following:

  • Find quality interns.
  • Hire interns: practical tips, agreements, and logistics.
  • Manage a virtual internship team: essential tools.
  • Get interns to manage, teach, and train themselves and stay on task.
  • How to enrich an intern’s career path through your internship.
  • How to keep your interns (and you!) happy and engaged.
  • How to mentor and learn from your interns.

Can’t attend this webinar live? Sign up anyway and watch the recorded session at a time suitable to you. Everyone who registers will receive an email with the video recording of the webinar and a copy of the presenter slides.
