Cynthea Liu is the President and Publisher of Starts With Us, an independent publishing company that requires many, many interns to keep Cynthea on-task so she can steer the ship!
Cynthea is also a published children’s book author with major trade (Penguin Random, S&S, Disney, among others) and a creative services media consultant where she wears multiple hats as as a speaker, editor, author, ghostwriter, project manager and independent publisher for private clients. Finally, Cynthea understands the importance of multitasking with help as a mother, daughter, sister, colleague, friend, and a mentor to interns. An avid believer in teamwork and the abilities of millenials to help get the job done, Cynthea regularly hires interns to assist with publishing related matters where she gets to teach and learn from her interns on a regular basis.
