How do you define a successful title? First it should be accomplished in its form and message. That's measured in how it resonates with its audience.

What has been your biggest challenge in achieving success? Understanding the customer.
What advice do you have for newcomers to book publishing? Ask questions, read, read, read and socialize.
How will you and your company be positioned in five years? We'll have been part of something greater than ourselves.
When you're not fully immersed in publishing, what do you do for fun? Spend time with family and friends. Not much else matters.
