Terry and IBPA’s Executive Director, Angela Bole, both attended the 2014 Frankfurt Book Fair in order to represent IBPA member titles. Foreign RightsAbout IPNE: IPNE is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation registered in the state of Vermont. They serve as an educational and trade association for small and mid-size independent book publishers in the six New England states. Membership is also open to other publishers with books that have connections to, or markets in, New England.
