Direct and Online Cooperative Mailings
IBPA helps member publishers market their titles with full color mailings to librarians, reviewers, booksellers and online outreach through NetGalley Book Review Express. With IBPA, you can reach buyers and decision-makers with exciting, professional, and attractive promotions. These effective sales tools are very reasonably priced and offer great value to marketing plans of any size.
- Library Mailings – Your promotional flyer is combined with others from IBPA members and mailed to acquisition librarians throughout the U.S. Flyers reach public, school, university, and corporate libraries. (Details and reserve your space)
- Books for Review – This four-color catalog is sent to newspaper, magazine and media book reviewers. The catalog features a front cover image of your book, along with contact and ordering information. (Details and reserve your space)

- Bookstores – This four-color catalog is mailed to approximately 3,500 booksellers across the U.S. The catalog features a front cover image of your book, along with a 100-word description, ISBN, price and ordering information. (Details and reserve your space)
- Target Market Mailing - Present your titles to genre-specific booksellers, librarians and media reviewers through these targeted catalog mailings. Mailed 24 times per year, each mailing is directed at buyers in specific categories and genres. Sample categories include psychology/self-help, business, travel, education, and health/wellness. Staffed Trade Show Exhibits
Present your titles at national, regional, and international book fairs and trade shows through IBPA staffed exhibits. Send your titles for display at the IBPA cooperative booth where your book is shown face-out and in color catalogs handed out at the booth. Attend the shows at a discount and/or for free when displaying with your association. IBPA also arranges for booth space at these major book trade shows and members may either opt to purchase multiple, full, or shared booth space within the IBPA complex.

Cooperative Advertising
Twice a year, IBPA buys full-page increments within the major trade journals, and offers our members the opportunity to display their titles in a cooperative ad. This lowers the price of advertising in the major trade journals (i.e., Publishers Weekly) to an affordable rate and gives your title maximum exposure to a wide trade audience in a professionally designed, attractive package.
