The policy affords $100,000 each claim with a $300,000 aggregate with a $2,500 deductible. Pricing ranges from $500 to about $800. Higher limits of protection are available. The policy will be an “occurrence form” policy providing traditional media perils (such as, but not limited to, libel, plagiarism, piracy, copyright infringement, defamation, infringement of the right of privacy or publicity, outrage, infliction of emotional distress, and misappropriation of property rights) ­ not an insipid facsimile. The legal defense costs will of course be included.
