The IBPA member benefit
IBPA's Books for Review/Bookstore Cooperative Catalog Bundle is mailed quarterly (February, May, August, November) to approximately 3,500 chain and independent booksellers and 3,000 reviewers, journalists, and bloggers across the United States.
The Bundle includes one (1) cooperative ad in the Bookstore catalog and one (1) cooperative ad in the Books for Review catalog. Within each four-color catalog, the front cover of your book is featured, along with a 25-word description, ISBN, price, up to three distributors/wholesalers, and the publishing company's name and address (which should not be included as part of the 25-word description).
The price for the Books for Review/Bookstore Cooperative Bundle is a $440 value ($210 for the Books for Review catalog and $230 for the Bookstore catalog) discounted to only $350 per title. It is available to current IBPA members only.

What to send
After registering for this program, you will receive an email requesting that the following information be sent to IBPA Director of Marketing and Programming Lee Wind at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Publisher name
- Title and subtitle
- 25 word description*
- Wholesaler/Distributor (up to 3; link to wholesaler/distributor must be provided)
- Cover image (2" tall at 300 ppi in CMYK; JPEG, TIFF, or high-res PDFs accepted)
*It is important to include parts of any significant reviews from the major trade media or influential and recognizable people in the description. If possible, a good review should take the place of a general description.
Note: IBPA members have three (3) days after the registration deadline to deliver their materials for the program.
What to expect
The price for the Books for Review/Bookstore Cooperative Catalog Bundle is $350 per title. IBPA Director of Marketing and Programming Lee Wind will reach out to you via email requesting the title data above following the placement of your order. All title information is due three (3) days after the registration deadline. Catalogs are mailed 3rd Class Bulk mail.

- Average case: A couple bookstore buyers and book reviewers see your information and order books
- Worst case: Exposure to a broad section of bookstore buyers and book reviewers
